Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
Brand-new products purchased directly from our official website may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Before sending your return, please contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address.
Notes
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and any other charges incurred when sending the product(s) back to China.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect goods), the customer will not be required to pay the shipping fee for the return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, since processing times may vary.
