After receiving your return request and confirming approval, please send the product back and provide the tracking information. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it is in good condition, a refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and any other charges incurred when sending the product(s) back to China.
Please note that return requests will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
